"With over 25 years of personal yoga practice and formal teacher training completed in 2020 at Chi-Town Shakti, I offer classes that are grounded in gentleness, compassion, and accessibility. My teaching philosophy is simple: yoga is for ALL bodies. In my classes, we move with intention and kindness—there’s no need to push or strive. While asana (yoga poses) is the most visible part of yoga, I love weaving in moments of meditation and breathwork to support a more holistic experience. Outside the studio, I’m a joyful parent to an almost 7-year-old and three mischievous black cats. I find inspiration in the arts, humor, and spontaneous dance parties in my living room. Whether you're brand new to yoga or returning to your mat, you're warmly welcome just as you are.”
