Join us for an immersive yoga and sound experience designed to guide you inward.

Allow yourself to be immersed in the healing tones of crystal singing bowls while moving through a thoughtfully curated yoga practice.

Throughout the entire practice, we'll move from grounding meditation into flowing movement, restorative yin postures, and a deeply nourishing savasana. The frequencies of the bowls will support relaxation, energetic awareness, and a journey through the body's subtle energy centers.

This is an opportunity to release what feels heavy, reconnect with what feels true, and leave feeling grounded, clear, and restored.
