Allow yourself to be immersed in the healing tones of crystal singing bowls while moving through a thoughtfully curated yoga practice.

Throughout the entire practice, we'll move from grounding meditation into flowing movement, restorative yin postures, and a deeply nourishing savasana. The frequencies of the bowls will support relaxation, energetic awareness, and a journey through the body's subtle energy centers.

Join us for an end-of-summer reset, a chance to unwind, release accumulated stress, and emerge feeling centered, clear-minded, and deeply restored.
