The New Moon invites us into stillness. It is a time to pause, listen inward, and create space for what is building. During this Radiant Alignment experience, we'll gather to ground ourselves in the present moment while gently preparing for the lunar cycle ahead.

Our practice begins with soulful, meditative movement designed to awaken the body and connect us to the breath. Gentle sun salutations will offer warmth and flow, creating space in the body while encouraging mindful presence and ease. Moving with intention rather than urgency, we'll explore the balance between effort and surrender.

As the practice unfolds, we'll gradually transition into deeply restorative postures, supported by props and held for longer periods of time. These restful shapes invite the nervous system to settle, the body to soften, and the mind to become quiet and receptive.

Throughout the experience and during an extended savasana, you'll be immersed in the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls facilitated by Candida. The crystal singing bowl sound bath offers an opportunity to release tension, quiet mental chatter, and reconnect with your inner wisdom. Supported by sound, breath, and stillness, we'll honor the grounding energy of the New Moon and the possibilities waiting to emerge from the darkness.
