Join us for an open mic night featuring a poetry reading and photography exhibition by Jalynn Harris, current Center for Afrofuturist Studies (CAS) artist-in-residence.
This event will take place in the PS1 Close House Main Hall gallery, where Jalynn’s exhibition of poems, photographs, and cyanotypes, titled “Black Reservoir,” is on view through June 29. Attendees are invited to explore the exhibition, stay for Jalynn’s reading, and sign up to give a reading/performance of their own!
